Step 1: Contact us directly
Send your complaint by email to office@boostchmotioneu.world or by post to 41 Mcclymonts Rd, Maraylya NSW 2765, Australia. Include your name, contact details, the date of the issue, and a clear description of what occurred.
Step 2: Review and response
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days where possible. Complex matters may require additional time, and we will keep you informed if that happens.
Step 3: Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request further internal review by email. We will explain any remaining options available to you at that stage.
External options in Australia
Depending on the nature of the issue, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy matters, or seek guidance from the ACCC or your state or territory fair trading office for consumer-related concerns. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this process.

Privacy-related complaints are handled under our Privacy Policy. You may also contact the OAIC if you are not satisfied with our handling of a privacy matter.
